Photos of the space
Inspiration photos for your project
List of appliances you plan to purchase (or plan to keep)
Goals of what you want to accomplish with this project (more storage, larger island, better flow, etc.)
Site Visit
After the initial intake call/email, we will schedule a site visit to take measurements & photos of the space to create an initial design concept. This first visit is complimentary.
First Showroom Meeting
At the first showroom meeting, you will meet with one of our design professionals that will guide you along the planning and design process. This first showroom meeting is when we review the initial design concept based on our site visit and go over your options in terms of cabinet finishes, styles, countertop materials, hardware, etc. You will have the opportunity to see all the cabinetry, countertop and hardware lines that we trust. By seeing, touching and experiencing these products firsthand, you will get a much better feel for the investment you are making in your home.
Note: This initial design concept is a working design, so it is really a starting point to give you an idea of what can be done in your space. There are so many variables that can still be reworked at this point in the game!
Initial Estimate
You will receive your initial estimate after the first showroom appointment. We take the initial layout, and all your cabinet, countertop, & hardware selections from the our meeting to create an initial estimate. Once the initial estimate is approved and the design deposit fee is paid, we will work together to finalize the design with you. Ask your kitchen designer more about our design deposit policy.
Finalized Design & Contract
As the design process continues, our design professionals will make updates based on feedback and their expertise. At this point the conversation will continue to stay open until you are fully satisfied with the design and selections. When you are completely satisfied with the design, and all selections are finalized, that’s when we create a contract for your project. Once the contract is signed and a deposit is submitted, the order and build process begins and you will have a project timeline.
Installation of Your New Beautiful Cabinets
When your cabinets arrive/are all ready, we will deliver and install them. Our installation process covers:
Delivery & installation of your cabinets & hardware
Template, delivery, & installation of your countertops (and backsplash if applicable)
Coordination of other trades (plumbing, electric, flooring, etc.)
Coordination of your appliance installation & backsplash tile installation (if applicable)
Our goal is to make sure the project is complete to the homeowner’s satisfaction as efficiently as possible. Our design professionals and installation team are there to help guide you along the way of the entire installation process.
