Initial Appointment
During your initial appointment, you will meet with one of our design professionals that will guide you along the planning and design process. You will have the opportunity to see all of the cabinetry, countertop and hardware lines that we sell and stand by. By seeing, touching and experiencing these products firsthand, you will get a much better feel for the investment you are making into your home.
For this appointment, it's helpful to bring:
Measurements & photos of the space
Inspirational photos for your project
List of appliances you plan to purchase (or keep)
Goals of what you want to accomplish with this project (more storage, larger island, etc.)
First Take
Next, our design professional will take what is discussed during the initial appointment and put together an initial design for you. Once the first take of the design is put together, our design professional will call you to schedule an appointment to review the design and discuss pricing.
Note: This first take is a working design, so it is really a starting point to give you an idea of what can be done in your space and what the ball park price range may be. There are so many variables that can still be reworked at this point in the game!
Design Review
During this appointment, our design professional will review the first take of the design with you, This is a working design and feedback is welcome. During this appointment, you will dive in further on making decisions for your project such as cabinet door style and finish, countertop material and color, etc.
At this point, if you want to move forward in the design process and have your design updated based on feedback, a design fee will be required. Once the design fee is paid, we will gladly release plans.
As the design process continues, our design professional will make updates based on feedback and their expertise. At this point the conversation will continue to stay open until you are fully satisfied with the design and selections. When you are completely happy with the design, we will move forward and create a contract and timeline for your project!
Design Selections
When you are completely satisfied with the design, we will move forward and create a contract and timeline for your project! Once the contract is reviewed, signed and a deposit is made, the order and build process begins. Now you can sit back and relax and get ready for your new cabinetry to arrive!

When it comes to installation, we take care of:
the delivery and installation of cabinetry and hardware
coordinating of plumber, electrician, sub-contractors etc.
coordinating the installation of your appliances and countertop
other miscellaneous components
Our goal is to make sure the job is complete and to our customer's satisfaction!
